  • Marketplace stores can join the event.

  • New designers will be accepted on a provisional basis.  New designers may be removed from the event if standards are not upheld after 2 rounds.

  • There will be 42 designers per round.

  • You must participate at least 2 times every year or you will be removed from the designers group without further notice.

  • It's mandatory to rez the Gloss promotional poster in your mainstore. If you own a marketplace store, create a profile pick at the event location.

  • It's mandatory to be in the Gloss team group. All information will go through here.

  • The theme  of the event is Cosmetics. Only cosmetic items will be accepted inside your booth or they will be returned to you.

  • Your exclusive item has to be a NEW RELEASE, not a recolored item you're already displaying at your store or another event. 

  • Templates are NOT allowed.

  • You will have 60 prims to setup your booth. Everything must fit inside your space and relate to the theme. 

  • The booths will be assigned by the manager.

  • Four types of scripts are allowed : vendors, gachas, redelivery terminals and landmarks. NO spamming, popup or any other kind of scripts will be tolerated. Any unauthorized scripts will be returned.

  • Please respect your neighbors by keeping your vendor in the space provided. No decorations outside your space.

  • Your item prices are up to you.

  • Designers MUST add your exclusive vendor ad to the Gloss Flickr group.

  • All items can be put up for sale at your mainstore and marketplace ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER. If we see your exclusive in your mainstore or at another event, you will be ejected from the event.

  • No adult content. The sim will be rated mature.

  • Gloss will NOT accept items featuring branded names or logos such as Chanel, Adidas, etc. or copyrighted items such as Barbie, Disney, etc. Such items will be returned without notice and you may be removed from the event.

  • Designers not ready on time will be ejected from the event, no exceptions.

  • Designer fees will cost 1500$L. Non negotiable. No refund. A rental landmark will be provided for round registration. 

  • A late fee of 1500$L will be applied to any booth not ready by the setup deadline.

  • Do not contact us. We will contact you ONLY if you are accepted.

  • Only bloggers with good quality pictures will be accepted. 

  • Must have a minimum of 1,000 Flickr followers.

  • Must have a minimum of 4,500 blog hits.

  • No blog with AUTO-PLAY music/video will be accepted.

  • It's mandatory to be in the Gloss team group. All information will go through here.

  • All bloggers must publish the event poster with a link to the Flair for Events site within 7 days of their acceptance confirmation.

  • Only once the poster is published on the blog will group invites be sent out.

  • All blogger related pictures MUST be posted in the Gloss Flickr group & include a DIRECT blog post link.

  • Bloggers with no Flickr account cannot be accepted. 

  • Bloggers MUST publish a minimum of 4 posts per round, no exceptions.

  • Bloggers MUST publish 1 post by the 12th of the month and 3 more posts before the 29th of the other month.

  • Bloggers must complete the bloggers report by the last day of each round.

  • Do not contact us. We will contact you ONLY if you are accepted.

It is mandatory to read the rules before applying.

Missing any deadline without prior communication with the manager, or disregarding the rules will result in being ejected from the event and blacklisted from future events.


No exceptions and no refund.


If you are an accepted or existing designer and/or blogger your name will be added to our event database. You will receive application notices via the Flair for Events Designers or Bloggers subscriber.

You can opt out of this at any time and with immediate effect by contacting a member of staff and requesting your name to be removed.

We do not pass on or collect any other information.
